Yolanda David-Reyes is a highly acclaimed architect and Environmental Planner, renowned for her remarkable initiative, intelligence, and unwavering dedication to her profession. With expertise primarily centered on architectural design and facility planning, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture (1975) and a Master of Science degree in Architecture (1986) from the University of Santo Tomas College of Architecture and Fine Arts and Graduate School, respectively. Chairman & CEO Fernando L. Martinez earned his undergraduate degree in BS Economics, Cum Laude, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) in 1976 before pursuing a master’s in public administration (MPA) at UP Manila and later receiving an honorary Doctorate in Philosophy from PUP in October 2012. With over 20 years of service in the public sector, he held various roles including Program Director in the Office of the President during President Cory Aquino’s administration and Assistant Secretary Rank and General Manager of the Food Terminal, where he successfully turned around years of losses into substantial profits. Additionally, he established successful ventures such as J&M Properties and Eastern Petroleum, pioneering in the introduction of cleaner fuels and expanding into the automotive industry through Gazelle Motors Corporation, contributing significantly to the country’s economy and modernization efforts. Fernando’s leadership style is revered for its patriotic and results-oriented approach, evident in his numerous accolades and contributions to civic, professional, and government organizations.
