Cabeza De Buenavista: Site Development and Construction News

We are excited to share the ongoing progress in transforming Cabeza De Buenavista into a thriving community. The development of the civil infrastructure for Buenavista Business Central is in full swing. Here are the most recent updates:

Secondary Roads Network Construction Updates

Progress on the 12.5-meter-wide secondary roads is advancing smoothly, with more than 50% of the work completed. A spine road, which directly connects the 30-meter-wide Martinez Main Avenue to the CDO-Butuan Highway, is also over 50% complete. Two new roads, namely Card MRI Street and Alip Street, have also passed the 50% completion mark. Once finished, these roads will significantly improve connectivity between the main road, the Rotunda, and the surrounding areas, streamlining transportation and easing movement across the development. With a modern road network comparable to those of top cities, Cabeza De Buenavista is quickly becoming an ideal location for businesses.

Rotunda & CDB Logo Construction

A major milestone is the highly anticipated 8-meter-wide, life-size Cabeza De Buenavista logo at the Rotunda, which is set to be completed by the end of this month. The letterings are now finished, and we are excited to unveil the iconic sculpture. This landmark structure will serve as a prominent feature for the township, befitting a premier commercial, residential, and tourism destination.

Utility Systems

To support the growing community, modern and sustainable utility systems are being integrated across the site:

  • Water & Electrical Supply & Distribution: A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the relevant agencies is in the final stages, marking an important step towards the installation of essential utilities. This agreement will pave the way for the groundwork needed to bring water and electrical infrastructure to the site. Once in place, the utilities will not only support the construction of new establishments but also ensure that future residents and businesses have access to reliable services. These utilities are designed to meet the community’s needs, enabling efficient property development and providing essential services to the local population. By prioritizing these installations, Cabeza De Buenavista aims to foster smooth and rapid development while ensuring convenience for both commercial and residential users.

Landscaping and Flood Control

As part of our commitment to preserving natural beauty, landscaping and flood control measures are actively being implemented:

  • Drainage Systems: Drainage systems are under construction to efficiently manage rainfall and stormwater, ensuring the community remains flood-free even during heavy rains. These systems are designed to direct water flow into designated channels, contributing to the overall safety and longevity of the development.
  • Green Zones: Extensive Green Zones are being created to enhance community life. These plans include spacious parks with native vegetation, family-oriented spaces with playgrounds and picnic areas, and modern sports facilities. These initiatives are currently underway and aim to foster a vibrant, healthy environment for residents and visitors alike.
