Paskuhan sa Cabeza: A Celebration of Giving and Community

The spirit of giving and sharing lit up Cabeza De Buenavista last December 13, 2024, during the first-ever Paskuhan sa Cabeza. Held at the J&M Properties and Construction Corporation sales office within the Cabeza De Buenavista site, the event welcomed over 200 guests, including children aged 1 to 15, their parents and guardians, members of the Agusan Centennial Legacy Lions Club International, students and teachers from CMDI Buenavista Campus, Barangay Manapa officials, and residents of nearby communities.

The program began with a solemn prayer, the singing of the National Anthem, and inspiring messages from Ms. Jona Rose Demanarig, SHS Principal and OIC of CMDI Buenavista Campus, and Teacher Lot of Manapa Day Care Center. Following this, food and snacks were distributed to all participants, energizing everyone for the festivities ahead.

The event was filled with joy and excitement as games and surprises brought smiles and laughter to all attendees. Students from CMDI Buenavista Campus added a touch of magic with heartfelt performances, serenading the crowd with their talent and passion. The highlight of the day was the much-anticipated gift-giving, where each child received toys, school supplies, fruits, and drinks.

The celebration concluded with a memorable photo session beside the beautifully adorned Christmas tree and the iconic Cabeza De Buenavista logo, capturing the joy and togetherness of the community.

Organized by J&M Properties and Construction Corp., this heartwarming initiative was made possible through the support of generous sponsors and partners. Special thanks to the Eastern Petroleum Group of Companies, Filipino Energy Resources Corp., ECGas, Gazelle Motors Corporation, Principal Ms. Jona Rose Demanarig and students of CMDI Buenavista Campus, the Agusan Centennial Legacy Lions Club International headed by Ms. Jocelyn Yee and its members, Mr. Jong Revuelta of JEPCS-Jonatech Electrical Power Control System Inc., Mikron Power Controls Corp., Ms. Marie Revuelta Ellera, Ms. Julie Ruidera and Mr. Patrick Ruidera of Yakult Butuan, RonMaes Mirandz, and other individual sponsors.
